About me
I’m an Experience Design leader with nearly three decades of experience turning design into a strategic capability. I build and scale high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, establish systems that accelerate delivery, and shape experiences that are clear, inclusive, and measurably effective.
My work spans B2C and B2B environments across UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, customer experience, research, service design, content design, design systems, and design operations. I’ve worked both client-side and agency-side, partnering closely with product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership to align design with business outcomes.
People first.
At the core of my approach is a belief that people come first — customers and teams alike. I lead with trust and clarity, creating environments where people can do their best work, collaborate deeply, and build experiences that endure.
Since 2019, I’ve been a member of the InVision Design Leadership Forum, contributing to conversations on the future of design leadership, systems thinking, and organizational impact.
Beyond digital work, I apply the same design principles to behavioural and physical systems. I’m the founder of LumaPet, a smart pet ecosystem designed to bring clarity, calm, and connection to multi-pet households — for which I’ve recently submitted a patent. I also run Naked Grain, a design-led studio focused on restoring and curating mid-century modern and vintage furniture with an emphasis on proportion, material honesty, and longevity.
Outside of work, I’m an animal welfare advocate, hands-on maker, and lifelong learner. I’m continually exploring new tools, mediums, and ways of thinking about experience — whether digital, physical, or somewhere in between.
I am a seasoned Experience Design (XD) leader with a proven history of building high-performing teams and delivering data-driven design that drives impactful outcomes and elevates cohesive customer experience strategies.
I am passionate about designing products and experiences that positively impact millions of customers. My expertise spans B2C and B2B environments across UX/UI, IA, IxD, CX, research, service design, content design, design systems, DesignOps/ResearchOps, marketing, brand, and interface development. I have worked both client and agency side.

I build and lead teams from the ground up, fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and creativity. My focus is on empowering people to do their best work — collaborating across disciplines to grow, innovate, and deliver award-winning experiences.
